He has extensive experience successfully positioning transformational enterprise deals for timely closure at small emerging technologies postured in the dawn of an IPO, a merger and acquisition, or awaiting approval for additional rounds of investment funding.
Mr. Bell is also an executive coach and mentor as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship, an incubator serving emerging technology companies in the region; and is the author and creator of “But I Hate Sales™ - a course and seminar series recently trademarked and designed to empower non-sales professionals.

Chris launched the company with only $395 after a job layoff at the height of the recession in 2008-2009. Sixteen months later, CB3 was serving executives and investors globally and was announced as one of the two Winners in the 2010 “$25,000 Entrepreneurs Challenge by Melinda Emerson (@smallbizlady) author of “Become Your Own Boss in 12 Months” who is also a Fortune Magazine top-rated small business expert and small-business feature writer for the New York Times. Since then, Mr. Bell has evolved to become a highly regarded motivational speaker, sales trainer, and executive business coach to several successful small business leaders and CEOs in the US.

Mr. Bell’s professional training and affiliations include but are not limited to: A certificate from Harvard Law School/MIT Program on Negotiation, with long-standing active memberships in the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Chris studied Political Science as an undergraduate at Norfolk State University in Norfolk VA.
